Kathy first started working at BMO as a bank teller and during her 17 years there she advanced to the role of Financial Service Manager. She used the experience gained during her years at BMO to move into the role of Underwriter with Firstline Mortgages. During the two years there she gained valuable experience in the Mortgage Broker segment and was responsible for approving deals and being more creative for those that were more challenging.
In September 2005, Kathy made the decision to become an independent Mortgage Professional bringing all her expertise gained throughout the years to devote to old as well as new clients. It is her ability to be creative and to keep an open mind that has added to her success in the mortgage business. She is highly respected and greatly spoken of among her work partners and clients.
